Steve Bouck
Steve Bouck grew up in Corvallis, Oregon and enrolled as a student-athlete the the fall of 1976. He walked on to the SOU Football team as a linebacker and as a member of the 1978 SOU National Championship Wrestling Team. He was a graduate assistant linebacker coach under Coach Chuck Mills for the 1983 SOU Football team.
He earned three from SOU: two bachelor’s degrees in 1982, business administration-marketing and & general science-geology, as well as an MBA with a minor in computer science in 1984. In 1990, he received a fourth degree, a masters in healthcare administration from Cal State Long Beach.
Steve has achieved many accolades and awards throughout his 37-year career in the healthcare technology sales industry, working for such well known companies as Cisco Systems, Citrix, IBAX, Computer Science Corporation, UNISYS and many others.
He is a Fellow (FHIMSS) of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Past-President of the Arizona Chapter of HIMSS, a 25 year member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and a past member of the Arizona ACHE Regents Advisory Council for 15 years.
Currently, Steve is the President and Founder of Solution Synergy, a leading healthcare cybersecurity sales and consulting firm located in Gilbert, AZ, specializing in machine identity/certificate lifecycle automation, medical device security, zero trust network access security protection, and identity access management.
