Luis is the Director of Public Relations & Communications at Austin Pets Alive!, one of the leading innovators in the animal welfare industry. He received his MBA from Southern Oregon University in ‘22 and his bachelors in innovation and leadership from SOU in ‘20.  Luis has worked in communications in the non-profit and financial industries. Additionally, he has experience in PR, graphic design, web design, social media management and content creation. In his free time, he loves to visit new restaurants, see live music, and enjoy the outdoors. Luis is proud to be part of an SOU Legacy where his father and sister graduated from SOU in ‘09 and his wife in ‘20. He lives with his wife, Linda, and two dogs, Milo and Odie, in Austin, Texas.
