Tasi Pereira was born and raised in Leloaloa, in the United States territory of American Samoa. She finished her freshman year as a member of the 2025 Honors College cohort at SOU. She is pursuing a major in political science with a minor in rhetoric and reason. Additionally, she will serve as a student representative and provide student support for the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
